In this pivotal role, you will oversee operations that are critical to our mission of delivering exceptional service in the air travel industry. Your leadership will contribute significantly to ensuring aircraft and passengers reach their destinations safely.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Oversee staff training and development to maintain high service standards.
- Implement operational processes that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the aviation or related industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to ground services operations.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices is essential.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
· Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
· Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
· Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
· Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
· Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
· Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
· Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
· Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
· Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
