Requirements and Description

ERMC has stations in more than 200 airports. 
We provide a full range of ground aviation services, from ticketing and ground handling to cabin cleaning and cargo. ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world's busiest airport locations.

We are seeking an Overhead Door Technician who is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead doors. Selected candidates will be responsible for but not limited to.
• Install new overhead doors, including the necessary components such as tracks, springs, openers, and hardware.
• Ensure that installations are performed according to company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Set up automatic door systems and ensure they operate correctly.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of overhead doors to identify potential issues.
• Repair or replace damaged components, such as springs, cables, rollers, and openers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure doors function properly.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in garage door repair, installation, or a similar technical field is often preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and hardware.
• Knowledge of basic electrical work may be beneficial for working with automatic or electric overhead doors.

Standard qualifications:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
