Requirements and Description

ERMC has stations in more than 200 airports. We provide a full range of ground aviation services, from ticketing and ground handling to cabin cleaning and cargo. 
ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world's busiest airport locations.


We are seeking a Bridge Lead Technician. 
This role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) and related equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Lead and set the direction for Technicians to complete needed maintenance.
• Provide accurate and timely reports of maintenance issues at the site.
• Maintain records of repairs, time spent, part usage, and other information for historical data (Computerized Maintenance Management System ("CMMS")).
• Performing preventative, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance may require 24-hour emergency response/support availability.
• Lead employee performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support Manager to inspect and monitor.

Qualifications:
• Thorough knowledge of the aviation industry operation.
• Proven experience maintaining equipment and systems such as PBBs or PLB
• Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. Able to effectively use relevant material handling equipment.
• Must be an analytical problem solver and have a strong background in troubleshooting Machinery, both mechanical and electrical.
• Technical training in mechanical, electrical, or electronic discipline.
• Good PC skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is strongly preferred

Standard qualifications:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
