ERMC is searching for an experienced Field Service Technician to travel to various airports for ERMC maintaining a variety of electrical, mechanical, conveyance, PLC's systems.

The Traveling Field Service Technician position is with ERMC Aviation, as a subsidiary of Unifi.

We are searching for an experienced Field Service Technician (based out of Houston). You would be required to travel to various Airports serviced by us (ERMC) to perform installations, maintenance and repairs on automated systems. Must be able to troubleshoot electrical systems, mechanical systems , HVAC, PLC's, conveyor systems etc.

Our technicians cover maintenance at a variety of airports maintaining conveyors, electrical systems, motors, bridges etc. Travel is scheduled.

Please note: The MAX base pay for this position is 32.00 hr. The 90k-110K total comp is comprised of overtime per diem and bonus pay. THIS BASE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

Our Travel Field Service Techs W2 over 90K + yr. for the last 4yrs.

Compensation: Up to 90K total comp. Tons of OT available + daily per diem, company card, and FLIGHT benefits.

The Passenger Boarding Bridge Technicians shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting the following systems:

Passenger boarding bridges, 400 Hertz ground power, 3 phase motor controls, cabin air conditioning systems, electronics, PLC, and VFD systems.  In addition, but not limited to inspections, electronics, limit switches, circuit boards, inverters, tires, gears, hydraulics, pumps, cylinders, and various peripheral equipment.

Applicants may qualify by a combination of history and knowledge of the above noted systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • The Technician must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language and capable of communicating clearly             over airport radios.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be willing to work on call and some overtime hours at times.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
