Requirements and Description

Job Summary:

Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the lines of services provided at their station. Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of agents to ensure safe and effective operations.

Job Duties:  

  • Supervisors team of leads and agents.
  • Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
  • Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
  • Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
  • Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions.
  • Performs job duties of assigned shift 
  • Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, ERMC policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
  • Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Standard Qualifications:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. 
  • Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
  • Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
  • Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
  • Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
  • Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
