We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General repair of the building

painting,
caulking,
moving equipment

Basic plumbing:

drain clearing,
toilet repair/replacement

Basic electrical:

outlet replacement,
lightbulb replacement,
ballast replacement,
light switch/receptacle repair/replacement

Door Repair:

handles/closing unit repair/replacement

Requirements:

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/MOVE 50+ POUNDS
